ELECTRICAL\ ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGIES:

The PLC TRAINING program:

Every industrial equipment and congregation lines are controlled using PLCs. Yet the majority higher ranges of robotic arms are based on PLCs.
PLC essentially stands for Programmable Logic Controller. In layman terms a PLC is an electrical option of a microcontroller. A microcontroller joined with relays form a PLC. The PLCs get input from different type of sensors and HMIs which is after that processed by the microcontroller /CPU to obtain the required action for the production devices.
In case of a PLCs the output devices are not just the displays they may be motors, actuators, special function modules etc.

Why to opt PLC?

This allows a wide variety of vocation options of career opportunities for our industrial candidates.
As of the short conversation on top of it is obvious that PLC is the vertebral pillar of today’s industrialized industry. By need PLC training in is not incorporated in the syllabus of B.Tech students. A student who skills PLC shall not only grow to be job ready but also coverstrong essentials of electrical science. So the students are directed to go through PLC training in from several good PLC training Institutes in Delhi.
At Xtrude, we provide you the best possible guidelines for end of your PLC training.

Course Syllabus

Certified PLC Programmer-

PLCs are the main heart of the automation system. PLC is the controller used to control the plant/process/system/machine. This program is apt for industry professionals who come with a work knowledge & experience, who currently will require a skill upgrade in PLC, for implementation in his/her current jobs. This may lead to higher understanding in technology (PLC) resulting in higher performance and job related appraisals.

This program starts from basics of definitions to development of projects, while implementing the same on our award winning TTIM platforms. The course is focused on learning of PLC technology right from basic fundaments of PLC to complex programming concepts.

PLC Learning is designed with a 90% practical:10 % theory ratio, hence making it understanding easy and better.

The participants get a complete understanding on:

  • The basic concepts of a PLC and its block diagram
  • Interfacing of the actuators and sensors with the PLC
  • PLC scan - how a PLC actually executes a logic
  • Different PLC architectures (standalone, DCS, PLC to PLC/ 3rd party device communication, Redundant systems, etc..)
  • Networking (RS232, RS485/422, Ethernet, etc) of PLCs and Protocols (DF1, Controlnet, Devicenet, Profibus, Profinet, CAN, etc...)
  • IEC 61131 programing languages for PLC - Ladder, STL, IL, SFC and FBDs
  • The participants learn new instructions(Latching, Timers, Counters, Mathematical, Compare, Scaling, etc.) as they develop and implement these instructions in programs.

Emphasis is given on communications and downloading of the program to the actual PLC thus increasing the hands-on experience of troubleshooting with the PLC.

The Most premium and commonly used brands of PLCs are covered in the course -

Allen Bradley (AB), Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Toshiba, Schneider, etc.
